Frequently Asked Questions

The following questions and answers may assist you with particular difficulties you might experience with the Liturgy site.  In addition to these questions and answers, please visit How It Works for further clarification.

Q - I can’t remember my password?

A - If you are a new member, please check your initial emails from Emmaus Productions which may contain your username and password.  If you are an existing member, please email your nearest office This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it   for confirmation of your password.

Q - How do I download an image or powerpoint resource?

A - NOTE: It is a good idea to set up a folder on your computer prior to downloading, then browse to that specific folder to save the image as you download it.

      1.  Click the "Member Resource Login" menu button at the top of the left menu bar.
           YOU MUST BE LOGGED IN TO ACCESS MEMBER RESOURCES.

      2.  Enter your current username and password.

      3.  Select your chosen menu button form the left menu bar and the options for this
           Resource Category appear in the centre of the page.

      4.  Click the Resource Category to see what sub-categories or resources are inside.

      5.  Click the resource item to get a closer view of it.

      6.  Click the "Download Resource" link to save it to your own computer.

      7.  Return to the Left Menu or centre Resource Categories for further downloads.

Q - Why isn’t my password working?

PLEASE NOTE: Your username is now your full email address (not a shortened email and not a word). Your password has remained the same.

A -  1. Your membership may not be current.

      2. You may have changed your password and forgotten the change you made.

      3. You may not have typed in your password correctly eg. Case sensitivity, spaces, dots or underscores may have been omitted.

Q - Why can’t I download a PowerPoint?

A - The resources on this site are presented as PowerPoint files, which in order to be opened, require the Microsoft program "Microsoft PowerPoint".  Check that your computer has this software installed. If not, you can download a trial version from the Microsoft website. Alternatively if you own the program, follow the instillation process. Please be aware that the PowerPoint presentations are up to 2MB is size, and may take some time to download onto your computer. If a resource is still not working, please contact your nearest Emmaus office and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

Q - Why can’t I download an Image?

Q - Why can’t I access the site?

A - Sometimes internet browsers are temporarily unavailable.  Firstly, try to access another website on the Internet, eg www.google.com, to ascertain whether it is just our website that is unavailable.  Secondly, try accessing our site from another computer.  This will help determine where the difficulty lies - namely, with your Internet browser or our site.   If you continue to have difficulties, please email your nearest Emmaus Office This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it   for clarification.

Q - What do I do if my membership has expired?

A - If your membership has expired, please visit either liturgyplanningimages.com  or www.liturgyplanning.com and Register for Membership.

Q - What do I need to do if I have inherited the membership of this site from a previous member?

A - Email your nearest Emmaus office for clarification of your membership status and log-in details.
